The Biko Tech company designs and produces mobile air filtration and dust pollution removal installations in industry. The equipment has been designed to effectively remove contaminants in the form of dust-air mixtures in many industrial branches – especially aggregate processing plants at open-pit mines.
The device is completely mobile, overall dimensions when unfolded: length 10,000 mm x width 2,600 mm x height 4,200 mm. The dust collector does not require a permanent connection to the ground (foundation), therefore no construction permits are required. You can easily change the location of the devices, four independent legs allow you to level the dust collector in almost any field conditions. The equipment is transported to the customer on semi-trailers / standard horizontal open platforms.
The device is a bag dust collector with a filtration area of 150 m2.
The dust collectors are connected to a mobile dust container, from which it can be collected into a tanker or big-bags.

The Biko Tech mobile dust extractor has a filtration surface of 150 m2 and a dust extraction efficiency of 9,000 m3/h. The filter chamber contains 324 support baskets equipped with filter bags. Dust is transported using a selection screw conveyor, a rotary feeder and a pneumatic transport system. To start up, the device only requires a 400 V AC electrical connection, control is carried out by its own PLC controller or the device can be controlled from a superior industrial installation. The operating parameters of the mobile dust extractor can be variable and are specified in the table below.
