Loading spouts BKLS

Telescopic chutes are used for dust free loading of bulk and powder in tanks and rail cars. The chutes are made with inner cones responsible for directing the flow of the material. Outside there are bellows-compensators that provide dust free operation of the chute. Our solution is based on Discrete Elements Method simulations of bulk flow.

Telescopic chutes are used for continuous loading of bulk and powder materials with maximum efficiency up to 3000 m3/h. The lower part of the bellow is equipped with either a special hubcap used for loading cisterns or an open outlet used for loading platforms and trucks. There is a possibility to add an overload sensor. The chutes are equipped with de-dusting nozzles, which can be connected to an outside dust collector. The loading bellow is lowered by means of the electrical hoist onto the cistern’s nozzle or the truck’s bottom. When it reaches its destination place the bellow is stopped this means that the chute is ready for loading. Chutes that are equipped with an overload sensor give an extra signal to stop the loading.

Options and accessories

  • Standard bellows, extended bellows and high temperature bellows
  • Overload sensor (rotary or vibration)
  • Outlet vibrator
  • Local dust collector

Advantages

  • Three steel bearing ropes are installed outside the area of the material flow, they are responsible for protecting the bellows from wear and they diminish the possible flow disturbances
  • Material flow trough the inner cones ensures minimum bellows wear and maximizes their durability
  • Quick exchange of inner cones and bellow parts without disassemble of whole loader
  • Endurance and flexibility of bellow parts, in low and high temperatures
  • Use of durable Nord or SEW motor-reducers
  • Possibility of easy extension
